Korean Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 6 kaiser buns, unsliced
  • 3 tbs parmesan
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 2 tbs powdered sugar
  • ½ c melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tbs sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbs fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tbs roasted garlic powder
  • 3 tbs fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

 Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Slice kaiser buns into 4 or 6 pieces, without cutting all the way through (like picture).

Mix cream cheese and sugar, placing it in a plastic bag for piping.

In a bowl mix butter, condensed milk, garlic, roasted garlic powder, parsley, egg, and salt together.

Pipe cream cheese into opening into the rolls.

Then dip entire bread into garlic egg mixture, coating thoroughly.

Place onto baking sheet and top with parmesan and bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool for a few minutes then enjoy!
